Admission Process

Our admission process is designed to help parents make the best possible educational decision for their child. It helps ensure an understanding of what we can offer and a confirmation that Arrowhead is the ideal school. Each step - program review, school tour, online application, school-readiness assessment, and official enrollment - ensures a smooth process and optimal communication. Review our 4-step process below and contact us if you have any questions. Thank you!

Step 1

Review Classroom Programs

As a first step, review our classroom program options. We welcome children 18 months - 8th Grade. There are three distinct classrooms based on age & readiness. Each classroom runs Monday - Friday and offers Full-day and Extended care options. For the younger children, there is also a Half-day option. Discover which program is best for your child!

Step 2

Schedule a School Tour

Once you've reviewed our programs, schedule a tour with us to see our unique facility & discuss whether we are the right fit for your child. We allocate most weekdays from 3:15pm to 5:30pm for tours (45-minute time slots). We'd love to meet you, show off our school & answer any questions.
Step 3

Apply for Admission

After the school tour, we will send you an online form to apply for admission and submit the $200 application fee payment to hold your spot for consideration. There's typically a waiting list but not always. Priority is based on a "first-come, first-serve" policy.

Step 4

Enroll Your Child

As a final step, if it's mutually deemed we are the right fit for your child, we will send you an email to officially enroll online and access our Parent Portal! Soon after your submission, you will receive a welcome package with instructions for getting your child prepared for the start of school!
